CANCELLATION POLICY

We get it—plans change! If you need to cancel, just do it at least 4 hours before class to avoid a fee.

Late cancels (within 4 hours): $15

No-shows: $20

LATE ARRIVAL

We have a strict 5 minute late arrival policy for ALL FORMATS.

Please arrive 10 minutes before class time to check in, gather your equipment and find your spot!

For safety, respect for others, and class flow, entry isn’t allowed after 5 minutes past start time.

WAITLIST

If a class is full, you’ll be added to the waitlist automatically. If a spot opens, you’ll get a text or email, so make sure your communication settings are up to date. Feeling lucky? Walk-ins are welcome, but we can’t guarantee a spot!

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

To keep the studio a focused, clutter-free zone, we ask that personal items stay in the lobby. We know life happens—if you have an emergency or work situation that requires your phone nearby, just give us a heads-up, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
